I'm 6' and was 190 when I used the suit. I'm closer to 205 now and it still fits, but is getting on the tight side with the back protector in.

36" waist / 32" inseam.

Also, I haven't weighed this, but shipping isn't really an option. I don't use paypal or any other means of payment outside of face to face meeting.
