Well the time has come for me. We are going to be starting a family here shortly and the wife thinks it might be good to knock down some "play" debt. I chose to get rid of the bike, because it's not getting ridden much anymore since I got coilovers on the Gti.

I'll put up more specifics when I go look at the mileage and such. Bike has a small chunk out of each side from where the previous owner either laid it down or snapped off the plastic. Makes no difference performance and I've been carving mountains for over a year like this. I've got a fresh tire with maybe 500 miles on it, front has life left on, and oil was just changed.

I'm looking to get $5500 for it or whatever my payoff is at the time of purchase. Wish I had more time for it, but I'll have to get something else later in life. :)

Some of you might remember it in this picture I took a while ago.

I've been looking around a LOT lately and have to agree that 5K is way too high for an '06 with battle damage on both sides, even a mint bike will be hard pressed to fetch that, poeple ain't lining up to buy toys right now, good luck
