frame slider problem

I just put frame sliders on this morning, but for got to check the torque value wen taking the bolt off the frame. How tight should I get the new bolts going into the engine with my torque wrench? 07 fz6

How can you tell if you're torque'n right if you are doing this by hand?
Torque wrench is rather expensive.

Most autoparts stores have loaner tools, it's better than buying when you don't need the tool for than 1 or 2 applications.
