I'm going to be changing my fork oil this weekend. Is it worth while to change my fork seals as well since I will have the forks off the bike? They are not currently leaking and I have about 15,000 miles on my bike
I have taken the approach "if not broken. don't fix it" Bought my 05 in 2010 with roughly 10k miles, not sure if seals were replaced prior but my didn't start leaking till around 28-29k miles on the odometer. Now at 34k and they started leaking again and since we don't have much riding left in Massachusetts I will wait to get them done in a month or 2 along with head bearing.
I wish I could do wheelies, maybe in my next life but was told that our crappy road conditions around our area with so money potholes is too blame for them going often.
