Being a tall guy I get a fair old buffeting from the wind which echos lovely around my noisey arai lid, thinking of changing my double bubble for a flip up .. any suggestions ?

Flip up or double bubble

Sorry, don't know what a "flip up" is, but I've tried 3 different things.
1. Stock: lots of noise, buffeting and air is directed to the neck.
2. Puig DB screen: less noise and air is directed to roughly my nose. Bad buffeting at highway speeds.
3. Stock screen, cut down about an inch and slotted on sides: less noise than 2 other options and much less buffeting, but still some whistling and some buffeting.
4. Converted to streetfighter: no more buffeting.. zero.. none. For the first time, I can ride this bike comfortably without ear plugs for short rides.
I find this setup better for every situation, including 80mph speeds.

that guy is fast
well you can do what i did, which is take an extended yamaha windshield and mount another 6 inches worth of plexiglass to it. as a matter of fact i got one for sell, check the f/s forum for "beast + mods" for sale and you can see it there.
