Great article... I'm not big on the 3/4 length jackets as they have a tendency to bind up at the waist. First gear makes a good product but I agree with the article in that any weather resistant jacket must have an inner flap to seal out things like water, wind and other elements. To me, things like pre-curved limbs, adjustable arm and waist bands, vents, armor all around and pockets are all important. I like heavy duty zippers too. Thanks for sharing...

New Enough has this for $225. This seems like a great price for a really good jacket. I am trying to figure out why they are offering such a low closeout price if they are really as good as the manufacturer says...
