I encountered faded black color on the cylinder block as compared to the rest of the engine component.Is there anyway to restore my lovely black coloration again?

Clean it real good and get some semi gloss black engine paint... Tape off what you don't want painted.
I believe "Color-rite" makes the EXACT color paint (that's what Yamaha would sell you) however its better than $20.00 per rattle can... Should be the same color as the frame (if you have a black frame).
I think their located in Miami..
