This was removed from a 2007 model but will fit all years of the FZ (2004 - 2009). The part is in near pristine condition other than a broken mount point (The upper right mount separated as I was removing the headlight from the fairing stay. Literally a twist of the screwdriver...needless to say, I was not happy). The Last photo of the thread shows the culprit mount. I still have the plastic barrel if someone would like to repair with a high-strength epoxy. Otherwise, I think the remaining mount points are sufficient to properly support the weight of the unit.
