Exhaust Y-Pipe

Im looking for a y-pipe similar to a post that i found on here (link below). If anyone can help with were to find something like this or someone that may have one for sale or even an idea of where i can buy one. The only real muffler place in my town quoted me over 100 dollars to make this, and thats for them not to even install it. what a joke. Any help will be appreciated.
