ebay universal tail light with blinkers.....

I recently installed the smoked rear tail from ebay with the integrated blinkers and never hooked up the 2 little ceramic deals with a wire on each end and after browsing the internet I am thinking those are load resistors...is this correct? Should I redo the wiring with those in line? Or...what.?? I am NOT an electrician but I did do the wiring very well...all nice and pretty and properly since I am finicky like that...it HAS to look good right?!!
Just wondering if I should redo the wiring with those in place on each blinker line.....

and on a side note...if you plan on doing this "mod", I have been told by people behind me that they can barely see the blinkers during the night time unless really close and during the daytime its even worse....So, I plan on adding some blinkers to my custom liscence plate mount now..hahaha

They just make your signals flash at the normal rate. If you have a no load flasher relay you don't need them. Or you could just keep them flashing fast, some people like it. I have the same thing, although it isn't really universal since it is made to fit the FZ6, and I also added some extra turn signals by the taillight.

yeah I guess you got me on the universal thing..hahaha... but yeah...they flash fast and I definitely like that...brings more attention to it...

I'll take pics of my bracket I made...and once I get the mounts made for the blinkers( gotta get the blinkers first) I'll take pics of that too...

I got some bikemaster turn signals to install by my plate and was surprised how bright they were for incandescent bulbs...however I was also surprised when one of them burnt out the next day. I ordered a couple LED replacement bulbs online (the bulb size is not sold ANYWHERE, not even the place I bought the signals from) and while they aren't quite as bright, I don't have to worry about them burning out now.
