After wrestling with plastic for 3 hours this afternoon, breaking a plactic thingy, and getting a sore wrist from turning a screw that does nothing ( Finally put a drill to it , which is how the platic bit was destroyed.) I was giving serious thought to installing Druz fasteners. I will be pulling that half fairing off once a week or so. Taking a little extra time to mount a dzus kit would really save some time, not to mention not breaking stuff by accident.
I assume by now someone else would have done this and might be able to tell me of any pitfalls. Life is too short to make every mistake myself, so I'm soliciting others mistakes.
