Ok, i allways go with this saying.."the only stupid question is the one thats not asked". So here it comes. What's the difference between the 2007 FZ6, FZ6 S2, FZ6 faired, naked etc... Please be gentle.

Well the naked is overseas only.
Can come with ABS
Can come with a detuned motor for some reason I dont understand. Maybe we need to be saved from ourselves by kind Ol Uncle Government? I know I just have absolutely no control over my right wrist. LOL

so the FZ6 and the FZ6 s2 are the same
The S2 has a different CPU, different clocks, different swingarm. More comfortable seat (slightly). Thats all I know mate.

I think the overseas models are available in different colors as well. Didn't I see an orange one?

In 2004 when I got mine there were two models in the US, the FZ6SS and the FZ6SSC. I have the SSC which is a California model with a closed loop emissions system and an additional 3 pounds of weight. Beyond the emissions they were the same machine from the ground up.
