Haven't been around much lately, mainly because I just got home from a 7 month deployment. Here are a bunch of pictures I took.

Naples, Italy
You can see our ship in this first picture.








Beirut, Lebanon...we were called there to assist with search and rescue/recovery efforts after a civilian 737 went into the Mediterranean.

I went to Turkey last year.We went to Side,which is an ancient walled city,were Anthony and Cleopatra met, out on a peninsular in the SE of the country.Lovely place with wonderfully friendly people.Downside was the heat.One day the thermometer on the beach bar we were using,hit 54 c! My Missus looked like a Lobster

I went on holiday to Kussadassi about 10 years ago now and took a trip down to Bodrum as well, we had a great holiday.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat as CdnMedic. We spent most of our time in the Persian Gulf, and you can't take pictures in Arabic countries. We just hit turkey and italy on our way out. By that point, not taking the camera was so ingrained I forgot it.

I do have some of St. Thomas somewhere though.
