Talk about reckless hooligans ... both of these vids feature crashes. I wonder if these guys are still alive and if yes, how the hell did they make it through their younger years with riding like that

I used to have a collection of the Fast Bike videos on VHS, all along the same lines as this. I can't believe I used to aspire to ride like that, all I see know is death at the side of the road in the form of rocks, sheer drops and other vehicles...

A broken back, hand, shoulder, pair of ribs, ankle, elbow and a fair amount of metalwork is what it took for me to learn my lesson. Never again. Let's hope the guy on the Bimota has finally learnt his (although I doubt he did)...

At least Shakey Byrne saw the light and took it to the track.
