2 questions really, related to reading and balancing throttle bodies.
Has anyone bought the kind of vacuum gauges where there are 2 or 4 in a line mounted on a steel plate?
If so, and you are also using a manometer, you almost certainly only need one gauge.
So question 1: Fancy selling one to me? I have seen them on line - the pair go for less than 20quid.
So question 2: If like me, you only want one gauge, I'll get a set and split them up. If I get a few of you interested I'll get the 4 pack. Any offers?
The reason I like this set is they come with plenty of tubing plus the little restrictor taps to stop needle bounce so no tube clamping required and they are easy to read. I borrowed one from my local garage recently (see my thread 'Jeez what a day!') and now realise that its the sort of kit one should really own. They are also cheaper than the Gunson units.
One more thing springs to mind. These things are made by some company then bought in by another and assembled into a kit. Anyone know who makes them?
