Read the ingredients... you take a load of fiber then a load of laxatives,,,, then you poop your brains out...ummmm you just paid some rich idiot for something you can buy for yourself anywhere. Go buy a bottle of generic psyllium & generic Senna S tabs, you'll have enough to last you a year for the money. Or just buy a bottle of Dulcolax tabs & have fun on 1 or 2 tiny little pills. The nasty you poop out w/ the colon cleanse stuff is the fiber you took to start with. Sorry to bust your bubble. My hubby bought something like it & he ended up really sick afterward. Cascara was used for years as a laxative in hospitals & nursing homes the FDA pulled it a few years ago because it can cause serious bowel issues. Be careful guys..... eat right & you won't need to 'clean out' to feel better... lol
