Hopefully unrelated to my starter issue, I noticed a loose bolt today as soon as I took the seat off to start work fitting my new exhaust.

Seems to be a fairly important as it's on the frame.

Only problem is I can't get access to tighten it!

Looks like the bolt that holds the sub-frame on. Pretty important to get that tightened before you ride again

I bought mine used and because I'm anal about my machines I gave it a thorough lookover/refreshing before I put many miles on it. I discovered countless (OK, a few...) missing bolts. Luckily none of them were structurally important but they were either just missing or replaced with zipties. It was ridiculous. Luckily nothing a trip to Ace couldn't fix and I haven't discovered any serious problems with the bike...

next question, how to i go about tightening this. Can't seem to fit anything more than my fingers behind it. Seems like the nut is thread locked on (good thign I guess), but that means i can't tighten it by hand.

going to have to wait another 10 days until i am in the uk to look at it :(
