I just noticed today that these pieces seems to have rattled off (or were stolen)?! I looked through the assembly diagram but can't seem to find what the names for the parts are so that I can order them.

You'll also notice that the bolt seems to have bent somehow
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

:welcome:to the forum!
After you fix your bike be ready for a ride with your local San Diego/SoCal brethren! :BLAA:

I would also replace the assembly with the threaded rod. You'll need to pull the axle for that.

I'm in Mira Mesa/Sorrento Valley area. :)

If you need help getting that all squared away with wheel alignment and chain tension alignment just give me a PM...

yup. this is pretty common on the 2006 and below swingarm.

I forgot to tighten the nuts tight enough and the plate was spinning on the bolt all the time rubbling against the rotor. This left symetrical rash on all four corners.. perfectly like I planned it.

It's an inexpensive part and a lesson learned

Such a bad and outdated design. Probably one of my least favorite things about my bike. The newer swingarm is MUCH better. Good luck getting your new parts installed.
