cascade loop, western washington

hello fellow members
i live in coquitlam, b.c., canada.
going to stay the first night in winthrop, second night in leavenworth.
just wondering if anyone has done this loop lately?
would the ride from leavenworth back to greater vancouver be too much to cover in 1 day?
any tips for the trip would be appreciated!!

I did the whole loop in one day. It was 401 miles, so Levenworth to Vancover is quite do'able. So when you do the loop stop and take a few pictures and share them with us. I would also take Hwy 9 off of U.S 2 and head north, once in Sedro Wolley you can go west and pick up I-5 and head north or contuine north on 9 and cross into B.C at Sumas. It would be a bit more senic than I-5. If you do go up 9 then stop at the Big Lake bar and Grill for a bite. It's a family restruant or you can go into the other half and wet you whistle. I have done the full loop a couple times with out to much trouble I live quite a bite south so it's a long day but it's not to hard to do
