Buzzing sound while applying front brakes

I've noticed this happening since I got the bike, whenever I apply the front brakes i get a buzzing sounds coming from the front master cyclinder ( I think thats what its called, the rectangle part mounted on the bars next to the brake lever) Any idea what the buzz sound is??
