Bridgestone T-30

Has anyone tried these yet? I will need tires shortly and these look to be the Bridgestone replacement for the BT23s that are on my bike at the moment.

Also my local shop has Pilot Road 4 GTs, but would need to order the ordinary Pilot Road 4s. I know the GTs are built for heavier bikes that ours, but what would be the issue with fitting the GTs to an FZ6.

I like the look of the T30 and to answer your other question, i had a pair of bt023 GT fitted to current bike and i found them to perform as well as standard bt023 but with more life and better wet grip

I do push my bikes quite hard and have run tyres such as bt016 but for an alround tyre it was spot on! I am deffo going to buy GT again

I'm almost positive that the only difference between normal tires and GT's are the GT are made for heavier more powerful bikes. The compounds are the same but the tire carcass is heavier and stiffer. Traction should be no different. IMO use the correct tire for your bike.

The T-30 will be my next tires also.
