Brian's 2005 FZ6 Build Thread!

Hey guys! Almost finished with my FZ6, and wanted to include you guys on the picture goodness. First pic below was taken the day I brought the bike home... July 3rd;

Plans are:

- fender eliminator
- FZ6N front end
- flush front LED blinkers
- remove reflectors
- paint front fender and side seat fairings satin black
- repaint tank and tail piece light silver with red stripes
- add rear seat cowl and paint silver with red stripes to match
- scorpion exhaust
- red Yamaha emblems

FZ6N Kit install progress...

Overall, the kit install went very well. The majority of the components were in great shape, and the install went smoothly. The only issues I had were the mirror mounts are missing the bolts needed to clamp them, and the mounts look to have been painted seconds before being packed and shipped, because there was paint on the packing material and the finish is ruined. I'm in the process of working these small issues out with Vishnu, but other than that, great kit!

Almost finished!

Waiting on LED Taillight assembly, front LED blinkers, and some other misc small stuff; Yamaha emblems, stock-length handlebar bolts, etc.

Really goes with the MINI! :rockon:
