Right on! You'll love her. I bought a 2005 about a week ago - really nice riding bikes. The clutch "friction point" took some getting used to, maybe thats just me. They really do put a smile on your face!
'snice
you'll get used to the clutch pretty fast then any other clutch will seem soggy
just have to make your mind up on rim tape all on or all off
enjoy, I know you will!
Thanks guys! It's a blast.
The clutch is quite different from a dirt bike clutch, but I'm getting used to it. It almost feels a bit poppier if that makes sense
I plan on strippen her naked soon, so I will update on the progress!
The lady who owned it was in the military and she was away from home 8 months a year. It also sat on the showroom floor for a year before she bought it. The best part, I got it for 3600! Not a bad price
I didnt like the clutch on mine either so I bought me some of those Hong Kong levers on Flea-Bay and boy am I impressed with the cost, quality and change of the clutch feel it has made.
