Top Saddlery.. http://www.topsellerie.com..

Or

Corbin... http://www.corbin.com..

I have had both and both make the bike a lot more fun to ride. Corbin is a little cheaper and a great city riding seat, but I do recommend top saddlery if your going to do any distance riding. Either or you will be a lot happier.

Edit: you can occasionally find one in the classifieds for a good price.

A lot has to do with personal preference, search the forum for the major differences, my understanding is the Corbin is much harder than the Top Sellerie, and that's by design. Some people have tried both and only like one or the other. If I had to guess I would say more like the Top Sellerie than the Corbin.

I really like my Corbin and have done many 1000+ mile days on it, it's great for distance, I've never tried the Top Sellerie, so I can't comment on that one. Both can be had for much cheaper than new if you're patient and watch the forum. Around $200 for the Corbin is a fairly normal used price.

You can also look into the Spencer seat mod, which is cheaper if you're not going to be going really far.

Russell Day-Long or Rick Mayer seats might be the best if you're really planning on putting in lots of miles on a continual basis. But they'll cost more money up front.

"Best for the Money" is subjective to what you want to do and your personal preferences because in the end if you buy a seat that you end up hating, then it wasn't worth the money even if it was cheaper.
