I just wanted to point out again, this topic already has a thread in The Bar section of the website (and there's a lot more information on what's happened since this incident).

I posted this in that thread, but for anyone that hasn't seen it, the truck driver has been charged with 2 counts of 1st degree Wanton Endangerment (2 felony counts) and if convicted, could be facing a pretty good jail sentence.

I'll continue updating that other thread as I learn new information.
