Got the bike back from Bazzaz to R&D a FI unit for our bikes.

Keep in mind my bike is not modded at all except the FI unit.

Edit:
Unit can hold two maps with the included wire and can be switched between maps by simply unplugging or plugging in a wire.

Will include pictures of unit later (I wasn't given a NDA to sign)

Was told the unit would be available soon.

Added A/F chart

That is a nice improvement across the entire rpm range. What did they change, timing and fuel?

What was the a/f ratio, can you post that up?

I'll ask them what they changed.

That is the dyno they gave me, so I don't have an a/f ratio.

Edit:
They said it was done with modifying fuel map and that they don't have a product yet that can modify ignition timing (Don't know if it's true for all their tuners).

It's nice to see an option to the Power Commander being developed.

Thanks man for the a/f readings, that helps! I am going to hook my wideband up to the bike and do some datalogging this weekend hopefully.

I think you can program it yourself. They did give me a USB cable to hook it up to the computer. I don't think there is a wheelie mode.

Ok, you don't have an idea for pricing yet, right?

Side note, heard PC5 has wheelie mode so don't laugh at me too much. lol

Haven't gotten pricing, but I'm assuming it'll be around $380 like all the other Bazzaz Yamaha units (don't quote me on this as I'm assuming based on all Yamaha units costing $380).

Did they just stick the wideband in your exhaust tip or did they screw it in before the cat where the stock O2 is? I am going to tune mine and there is a difference in reading before or after the cat.

Screwed it in where the stock O2 sensor is.

Thanks, I assumed that is what they did but some shops will just stick a sniffer in the tail pipe which will show about a .5:1 difference in a/f ratio.

I stuck a similar a/f ratio tune on the bike yesterday, I was going to go to the dyno today but they are closed :(
