Anyone know what size banjo washers are needed? Should replace them while I have things apart and don't have a calipers. Thanks!

M10 if I'm not mistaken. If you take a banjo bolt to NAPA and mention it's metric, they'll have them. Well, any parts store will have them, but NAPA probably won't look at you funny when you can't tell them what kind of car it goes on.

You can usually re-use the Banjo bolts unless they've been way over tightened. I've found the copper one's to seal better than the steel one's.

You *can* reuse the washers, but for the cost of a few, it's better to replace them. About 90% will seal fine when reused, especially if you've got the same parts (IE bolt, hose end, caliper) in there, but rebleeding leaking brakes that 1 time in 10 to save $2 sucks. ;)
