I really need to do something with my front...The stay is tweaked so my lights are off kilter so I'm thinking of this setup...Streetfighter Street fighter Motorcycle Headlight Black: eBay Motors (item 270569735637 end time Jun-25-10 00:35:56 PDT)

but...I don't think the 25W bulbs would be adequate for driving in the dark....Would this housing support some 55W bulbs if I change connections?

I like this style of headlight as I want to streetfighter and I really like the price..but if I lose all "seeability" with it then its not going to happen...

any ideas....

Edit: I think it would be possible to purchase a slim balast kit ( http://www.hidextra.com/HID+Convers...D+Kit/SLIM+Motorcycle+HID+Conversion+Kit.html ) and integrate a projector such as one of these ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/03-04-05-Nissan-350Z-350-Z-Headlight-Projector-D2R-HID-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem255afe885aQQitemZ160440420442QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories ) into the bottom light structure and have that for the high beam....

Those 25w bulbs aren't going to do near as much as the stock FZ6 headlight. I had a similar headlight but it wasn't DOT approved and higher wattage bulbs weren't available. You probably could retrofit an HID projector but then the cost difference over getting something else that already worked would start to decrease.

I used this headlight on my old FZ6. The bulbs are H3's so they're readily available and you could throw an HID kit in them if you wanted to.
