I bought them. Not bad for the price. Still working after a while. Had to use the glue gun quite a bit. Check my site link below for details.

I purchased a similar kit from D2moto. If you take your time, its not too bad of a job. As SANGER_A2 said, they require quite a bit of fabrication and glue. I did run into one small problem with the use of hot glue however:

On a camping trip a few weeks ago, I had the bike loaded down with gear. Soft saddle bags, tent and sleeping pad strapped on top. Went went through Chicago on our way to Michigan and hit some pretty bad traffic, spending about 1.5 hours idling and at low speeds. These low speeds combined with the lack of air flow around the back of the bike due to all the gear allowed the tail light lens to heat up and soften the glue. I didn't lose the lens, but the bottom half did come unglued. A quick stop at a wal-mart for some super glue solved the problem.
