Any Barbequers Here?

This thread is just in time for Memorial Day weekend! Planning to slow roast a brisket and some chicken on Sunday! :thumbup:
 
The only thing i cook on 4 months of the year is the Barbie....cause it's too hot to cook inside....i have a six burner barbie, with a slotted char grill, flat plate, wok burner - (great for stir frying vegies, to go with char grilled steak) and a lid, which is geat for keeping te high temp up, to keep steaks crisp on the outside, and warm, but medium rare on the inside....

Love a good barbie!!!
