Well to be honest I have a little bit of room in the waist with the jacket on. Its not totally snug.

I've got the same jacket in black, same size. I'm about 5'9", 195 lbs, 45" chest, and it fits well. First time I rode with it on, I got a few hundred feet down the road, and looked down to check and make sure I zipped it, since it flows so much air.

I have the same jacket in red. Great jacket. FWIW, I'm 5'11, 170 and my 50/40 is snug, just perfect.
