Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

The dealership I bought my bike from they said they would not mount and balance tires I dont buy from them. They have known for a week I wasnt going to buy the tires from them but didnt say a word to me about it. I already have them ordered and on the way when they tell me this. I is just extremly aggrivating and i need some where to vent. I saved $150 dollars from what they where going to charge me for just the tires. I guess i will be taking it to the suzuki dealer down the road to have them done they said they will do it for about $45.:spank:

Did you tell them that a Suzuki dealer is treating their customer better than they are? Maybe next time you'll buy a Suzuki! prolly not but they don't need to know that:innocent:

My friend had a similar issue, so he took the tires to a different dealership w/o a problem! :thumbup:

Alot of dealers wont mount tires that you didnt buy from them, due to liability issues.

You guys are being ripped off big time in the States,:spank: here in SA most dealerships mount and balanced for around R60.00 ($7.5) a wheel. If you purchase from the dealership fitting is usually free :thumbup:

Look, you have understand. You should buy high priced tires through the dealer and pay for the equally high priced mounting and balancing for the tires they require you to buy from them. These people working in the dealerships who seem to try to extract every penny out of their valued customers probably have HUGE boat payments to make. They have to pay a fortune for marine insurance and foot HUGE gasoline costs associated with operating a yacht. So, be sympathetic that YOU don't have huge boat payments to make and have to overcharge for everything.

Nah its because its a money loss issue. They make a lot of money selling parts and less money on labor costs.

i go to a shop locally here and they will install things you bring them and didn't buy from them, but the labor rate is higher in those situations. i'm surprised they would turn away the business and not do the same thing as my shop.

Anyways, If you're in Schaumburg area, I highly recommend honda zuzuki of Schaumburg, you will never go anywhere else once you try them, and this is not only my opinion.

Find a better shop to deal with. My dealer offers excellent prices on tires to get people in the door. And if that's all you buy, they're still really nice to you. The price they gave me for when I get tires installed, out the door, was cheaper than I could order them offline and have them shipped to my house.

I got the bridgestone battlax 021, cost me $215 shipped.
