I have a dead battery and of course a full tank of gas. When I lift the tank to access the battery will I get any fuel leakage/overflow?
Thanks

it will be spilled from fuel vent hoses to the ground, don't worry. maybe 1-2 liter will out the tank, not more.
I disagree. i've lifted the tank when it's full and didn't have any leakage. You should be all set.

Hardly lost any at all, just enough to leave a quarter sized spot on the ground. Lost one of the battery box bolts, any suggestions on sourcing one or what thread size they are?

I's the one with the shoulder of course. I might just try to find/make a bushing to take up the extra space. Thanks for all the info!!

Trial and error, a garage wide search, etc.
Take the other one to a hardware store and purchase a few of the closest looking ones you can. Alternatively, measure the threads per inch (takes a bit to count each ring) and the diameter of the bolt.
