Spyder Down Under: A Photo Journal of 6 Days in Oz

Photo journalist Sandeep “Sunny” Gajjar recently took a six day, 2,000km (1,240 mile) trip around the eastern coast of Australia on Can-Am Spyder. Taking his camera along, Gajjar captured some spectacular HDR photos of his trip and journey down under, and even proved the Spyder has some chops even when not on the asphalt. A self-described motoGrapher, Gajjar is a man of few words, so we’ll let his photos do the talking.

Thanks David. Great pics of our fantastic country. His matching Camo Draggin Jeans/Jacket are a bit dodgy though

You can stick the spider though.

Saw a yellow around in Midland today - just made me shake my head..... :shakehead:

Our local dealer is having a test/demo day for Can-Am on the 27th. I am scheduled to take one out for a 40 miles spin just as long as I can pass the round the cones test before hand.

Great pictures! I'm going down under..One of these days...I have to!

From what I've read on the spyder is that it has power steering so it should turn pretty easy.

Yes I believe they have a steering assist.
I was talking to this older chap that had a Spider that had ridden from Colorado to San Diego,Ca. and was getting his oil changed. The service manager came out very apologetic, telling the the man "We did a flash update on your steering computer" There was a factory update and your Spider wasn't listed as being updated" "Uh....your steering computer blew and we're trying to locate you a new one asap." Something went wrong with it..... It must have glitched or someone tried stopping the flash update midstream and it was locked for good...:(

Nearly got collected by a guy on a Syder the other day, he came around a corner well crossed up, and on the wrong side of the road!

These things are the 4 wheel drive's of the motorbike world....

Hang on, they are not a motorbike, they are a trike! not taken, they are bloody huge!
