2 /40 watt headlight bulbs ?

Did anyone try to run 2/40 watt headlight bulbs. we run a 60/40 could you run 2 40s and keep both lights on, or would that be to bright?

And why would you ever want to diminish your light output like this? I'd rather say 2x75w xenon:BLAA:

Just put in the BD43 (other similar mod) and its done, simple mod..

After that, put a set of PIAA's "Powersport bulbs" in and get 100 watts from each side at the same time on low beam (and no, its not too bright if adjusted correctly) with the same powerdraw, plug and play, HB is even brighter.... PIAA

The factory headlights are bad enough, why downgrade them?

HID projector retrofit or get a higher performing halogen setup as mentioned.

My hid retrofit is about 4 times brighter and wider than factory and only runs 35 watts per side for a total of 70 watts. :thumbup:

Read some, I believe he's still making them. Both low beams stay on, when the high beam is activated, that low beam goes out...
