1st of all I deserve a :spank:. RoT:- NEVER EVER use a torque wrench on anything below 30-40 ft/lb; plain wrench is just fine. I stripped the threads on the lower swingarm bolt :rant:. Before this I have stripped the rear caliper. Went to Lowes and got a similar heavy duty grade 8 bolt, locknut and washers. Otherwise everything else went great. Also soaked the chain clean overnight in kerosene. BTW, the difference between the weights of two swingarms is 1 lbs. Old boxy weights around 14 lbs and the newer one weighs 13 lbs. Chain adjustment pieces are very nice; simplifies the job of adjusting the slack and wheel alignment.
