07 fairing fit 06 ?

I have a stock 06, but I like the look of the 07 fairings better. I'm curious if anyone has ever installed the newer fairings on the 06?

I searched but didn't see anything on the matter.

you would have to change the fairing stay and mirrors as they are different.

You'd need the whole lot to do it - fairing, fairing stay (bracket that attaches the fairing to the front of the bike) and also you'd need the 07+ speedo as it's a different shape to the 04-06 model, and your existing speedo won't fit the newer fairing.
