purplish

Alright I am new to this forum but I have a 2004 Yamaha FZ6 and the side cover is black with metallic specs but is cracked and for the 2004 they only sell a Silver side cover and a Deep purplish blue and I bought the deep purplish blue one thinking it would be a really dark color and look black...

I special ordered this side cover from a local yamaha dealer and they promised me that this color, "Purplish Blue metallic" is yamaha's nomenclature for black, but obviously they were incorrect. I can not return it due to it being a special order item and have no use for it. Unfortunately black...
