front brakes

Have an 09 FZ6 with 7400 miles. After having a prospective buyer ride last week, pushed it into my driveway where it sat for 1 week. Another buyer was looking at it, was about to ride when we realized the front brakes were locked. Never had that happen before. Any ideas what caused this & a fix...

A slight hum comes from my front tire at 40-55mph. Also when the bike is on the center stand and I try to spin the wheel it will but it stops rotating fairly quickly. Shouldn't it spin freely? How much do you suppose a shop would charge to replace the bearings or is this something I should do...
