Thanks everyone! The FZ6 seems like the absolute perfect bike for me once I give it a little dose of my blood. (fairings and corbin seat probably to start with, fiance needs a backrest)

well, the fz6 will be a slower replacement but will still get my adrenaline going. I'm selling a built up ls1 rx7. I will sure miss that car :(

I see that they have side fairings for 07-08. Any way to order them even though they are based overseas? Isn't looking too good. Anyone know of an american company to make fairings for the 2007-2008 fz6? I'm having trouble finding them
