I have a Leo on my ZX6R. It is loud with the insert taken out. It was pretty quiet with the insert still inside. This is a full system BTW.

I have read all three books. They are all good. I would start with total control and then move on the the Twist Books. Total Control is more basic. By Twist 2 you are getting into some more advanced techniques.

The 021's are definitely great sport touring tires. We sell a lot of the BT-016's because of the hard center compound for longevity and for the softer compounds on the sides for grip.
