Yes that should work just fine. The lense is able to be removed from the tail light housing fairly easily. Not held on with glue or epoxy. It just has a few clips and a seal separating the housing and the lense.

Do you suppose they would prevent me from taking the motorcycle driving course exam because of the integrated tail light?

Do you have other rear signals as well or just the tail light? I am planning on running just the tail light on the back and getting some nice led's for the front.

looking at an integrated tail light with turn signals on ebay. wondering if anyone has installed one of these on their bikes? concerned about people not being able to see the turn signal indicator...

I actually bought the bike back in november so yes, I trailered it back. Out of state so I did have to pay tax when I registered it last month.

I just bought a brand new 2007 and paid $4999.

I paid only $4999 for a BRAND NEW 2007 back in November of last year. You should be able to get that bike for $4500 or less.

Bought a brand new 2007 Red carry over in November 0 miles for $4999 OTD. Out of state so didn't pay sales tax/registration until this month when I transferred the title.
