Thanks for the responses. It was curiosity more than anything. Those of you who believe ten pounds do not make a difference obviously don't ride much in the dirt or on the street at a good pace. Manufacturer's spend huge r&d budgets to shave grams off cases, levers, tanks, frames, etc...

Thanks for the report. Your comment on the digital clutch has always been my biggest concern. Did a demo of the previous model ('05) and was unhappy with the minimal friction zone. I understood the latest models were improved. Your report seems to confirm that.
