Thanks, it is a little late right now to work on it but i will tomorrow. Do you know what the correct warm idle is for an 07 FZ6? i did not see it in the manual.

Can anyone instruct me on how and where to turn the idle up? I would have to admit that I am not a mechanic by any means. I would take it to the dealer but that is about a 1 hour trip one way since the one in town closed down.

I am idling at about 900 warmed up. It was about 95 out side when the problem started.

Interesting problem started last week. While riding up to a light preparing to slow down pull in clutch and release throttle to downshift and before i can release the clutch to engage the gear the bike's rpms have droped to nothing and shut off which is very unpleasant in traffic. Also sitting...
