Thanks Chance... The lights output is 1850lm the the beam angle is 36 degrees. The down part is that it's just a wide beam.i might add a secondary light to act as a high beam. Have yet to test her out on the road. The light has a built in ballast system so I only had to connect 2 wires.

I am building a 05/06 project Fz6 and I was able to get it to run. Then had to disassemble it to install new throttle and clutch cables. When I got everything back together I did not hear the fuel pump whine I thought it was the relay and to make sure I hot wired the fuel pump and it did not...

I just used the stock R6 triple clamps you have to mod it a bit but it fits fine if you use the all balls bearing method. Great build. I see you are in the same boat I am with the head lights. At least you are up and running.

I was able to locate the 2 plugs that goes into the fuel tank. The 2 wires I'm talking about is the other two the one with the brown plug and the one with the white plug. There is nothing near them that they can clip into. The diagram says its the side stand but the kickstand is plugged...
