I just put on the Powerbronze lower fairings on my FZ and I feel it is now hotter by my thigh/seat area on my right side. I don't mind the extra heat on my leg, I am more concerned with if the engine gets enough cooling.

I bought this one recently, but haven't fitted it yet. One question: will you get a lot more dirt on your back when riding in the rain with this compared to the stock fender?

The bike is in the workshop now. They told me they can do it without changing any parts, but they have to take the engine down from the frame, estimated to 5-6 hours work. So we'll see how it goes. I should get it back on friday.

The one in the middle here is the one. This will be removed and replaced with the original bolt.

It worked using a regular allen key. I put on an aluminum pipe for leverage, and eventually they gave in. The old ones were steel an rusted. The new ones I put in are alu. Hopefully they won't stick as much. Thx for the tip guys.
