Had to swap the bush out on the set I had too. As I didn't have a vice, I used two sockets... one big enough for the bush to fit inside supporting the stock lever, and a smaller one to tap the bush out. 6,000 miles later and they are still going great!

Having problems logging in to this forum via TapaTalk iPhone app... I am absolutely 100% certain the username and password are identical and I've verified it by logging out and in of the forum via IE9 on desktop and Safari on iPhone but I keep on getting the invalid username or password message...
