chances are that the Yamaha dealer will want to sand it down and repaint it. That won't be cheap, but if your roommate is paying, I say go for it.

You are correct, but if this is the time that he would normally sleep then it would not be a good idea to go for a ride. There is a good chance he has been awake for 16+ hours and wouldn't be alert enough.

I wouldn't do that if you are tired, but can't sleep. Go out tomorrow and pick up some of that new stuff by Vicks. It's called ZzzQuil. It's like a NiteQuil but it is not for any kinda sickness. It's only for falling asleep. The BEST thing about it is that it is NON habit forming.

Well, it worked wonders on the plastic front fairings! I used some standard headlight cleaner with a soft foam buffer for a drill (came with it) and a few passes later this is what I got. This is before(I know it's hard to see, but it is foggy) And after with just one soft buff...

So My God-daughter wanted to help me wash my motorcycle... Well, she meant well. She used the hard side of the spung and left some scuffs in the paint. I didn't get mad at her, she is 9, how could she know. So, it was time to learn how to get those scuffs out. I came accross ScratchX 2.0...
