I have been looking for a while and the best setup would be a dual switch setup. One is a manual switch and one an auto light sensitive switch.
Steps:
Find the wiring I need to tap into.
Gather all the parts. Sensor, wiring, and switch.
Can anyone point me in the right direction...
I have two FZ6's one I drive on the street and one I just bought for modding, shows, and the track. When I take the bike off the trailer or maneuver it around it looks really weird with one headlight and orange running lights in the day. Not very impressive. I still want this functionality minus...
I did find this, but it looks like the user was banned from the forum with no way to get a hold of him.
Automatic headlights on a motorcycle ? no way ? YES WAY !!! : Kawasaki ZX Forums: Kawasaki Ninja Forum
I am looking for the ability to turn my daytime running lights(Headlights and turn signals) off during the day. What would be cool is an automatic light sensor that restores power to the circuit, but ill take a manual switch :)
Does anyone know how to do this or can anyone point me in...
I paid $4,700 for the bike...
I am definitely going to get a givi e52 with the light kit as I will prob be using the fz6 to run to the store and what not. Now that gas is $4 a gallon, I will park the 16.5 mpg truck for a bit.
How much higher do you think gas will get
Finally, after years of waiting, I got my 2007 FZ6 today w/500 miles!
I must say that this bike is amazing compaired to the other bikes I have owned. Smooth ride, well balanced, handles good, and has plenty of power! Right away I felt confident on the bike. :Flash: :D
I have cash in hand waiting for a low mileage very good condition 2007 FZ6.
It has to be a damage free, blue, 2007 within 300 miles of Daytona Beach FL.
Not in a hurry. I'm looking for the right bike.
I am looking to get a FZ6 2007 model, but I definitely don't want to pay to much. How much do you think a stock black/blue with 5-10k miles would be worth?
 Thanks!
Thanks! On yamaha's site it didn't say anything about a digital fuel gauge. Maybe they dropped it for 2009?
