Things aren't much better here. Fortunately I have a mate that works at Yamaha, so I give him the part number of Yamaha accessories I see on overseas sites and he back orders from Japan for me.
Much cheaper than trying to import yourself:thumbup:

I've come across a few posts where folks are painting their radiator side covers. I’ve gone the whole nine yards and fitted an aluminum radiator cover.
Thought I’d post a picture to show off my bling

I have an 06 with 3000km and experienced front end wobble. I have changed the tyres to Pilot Powers 2CT and installed dyna beads. I stripped and regreased/replaced the steering head bearings. Went for a ride on Sunday and the problem is gone. I didn’t push limits as the tyres still have moulding...
It was a quiet Saturday for two traffic officers who were speed trapping along the N2 near Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, until they nearly fell off their beach chairs. One of three motorcyclists riding past was clocked at 295km/h, the highest recorded speed yet.
And this week...
There is absolutely no problem lane splitting in ZA and it’s not illegal as long as it’s safe to do so. Most cagers get upset during peak hour traffic and try to block the tweelies :Sport:cruising between the cars. The main risk is our minibus taxis, a law unto themselves, their passengers often...
Any idea what the replacement bearings and seal numbers are? I have noticed brown fluid oozing from the yoke, so I think I'll do the steering head bearings anyhow.

Fred, much appreciated, i have a list of things to check this weekend. Running dyna beads in both tires, no problem so far with beads in my MT01
bike is as smooth as glass

3m rim stripes comes with an applicator. The applicator is moulded plastic designed to follow the rim profile, and you simply thread the rim tape through the applicator and slowly rotate the wheel. I fitted mine with absolute perfection in no time. Looks great and enhances visibility

Gents, many thanks for all the positive responses. I have thanked everyone. Avalon786 reply, post #11 “when i let go of the handle bars when slowing down (for ex coming to a red light) then it starts to wobble and the bars go from left to right, best describes my problem. Excuse my ignorance...
I just got back from riding, and it feels like the Fazer has a slight wobble at slow speeds. I checked the tyre pressure, and that's ok.
Any ideas on what the problem could be?
07 Fazer with 3200km on clock
